On the surface the property is beautiful and well kept. Great and warm staff. However there appears to be very little soundproofing from thin and slamming doors and thin walls. Another guest was having a phone conversation from 1:00-2:00am and I was able to hear the entire conversation. Got very little sleep.

This was a fantastic airport hotel at a surprisingly low price point! Wonderful beds, spacious room and bath, friendly and service-focused staff from the front desk to the airport shuttle. Shuttle runs every half hour starting at 4:30 am (not sure when it ends). We arrived from a cruise at 10 am in the morning and the front desk was able to check us in immediately rather than asking us to wait until 2 pm. There's a taxi rank by the front door so it's easy to get into/out of Barcelona for a few hours. (Trip to the city is about 20 min, obviously traffic and location dependent). I am so glad I stayed here rather than at the more expensive chain hotel.

The instructions for the shuttle service were very poor. The phone number for assistance just provides a recording with no human contact. We searched for the shuttle meeting place for 30 minutes and ended up taking a taxi. This really ruined our evening and stay. When I talked to the manager about this, he basically implied that we were stupid for not figuring it out. I will not stay here again.

Overall great experience. Location is perfect for traveling The staff at the front desk friendly and efficient. Nice bar for a glass of wine. The highlight was the restaurant. Wonderful creative menu and the service amazing.
