Lovely hotel in a great location, close to many public transport options but also not too far a walk from the main sites if you like to get around by foot. Facilities were lovely, bed was really comfortable, and the area itself is nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Berlin.

clean and attractive rooms but very small. Wonderful convenient location. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. We were only there for 2 nights, and were very sleep deprived when we first arrived! The room felt overly warm and we could not get the air conditioner to cool down the room. It met our needs, but I would not want to stay there for more than a couple of nights due to the size of the room.

Small & HOT

Very underwhelming. I would not consider this a 4 star hotel. The rooms are VERY small, if you have 2 people with luggage there is not enough space. The rooms are very HOT I don’t think the air conditioner actually gets to 18 (which is the lowest you can go.) But you can ask to open the window and choose to listen to trains and stay cool. Breakfast was sub par. We were stuck an extra night and booked a room at the Meliá Berlin - also 4 stars - highly recommend.
