Service was great! Front desk and valet staff were amazing. Really convenient to have Somerset right by the lobby and Pandan had the best ube flan I've ever had. The bed was comfortable and the room was beautiful with a great view of the city. There are restaurants, bars and shops all next to the hotel - it was very convenient. We will absolutely be staying here next time we visit Chicago!

I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past during business trips, but unfortunately, my most recent 4-night stay left a lot to be desired. The room was dusty, and I found long red hairs throughout the bathroom—on the floor and even the door—which was unsettling. The armoire also had a strong mildew smell, which I reported to the front desk, but there was no follow-up. I ordered room service and requested a medium-well steak, but it arrived rare. When I called to mention it, I was only thanked for the feedback—no offer to correct the order. I also left a note on the tray explaining the issue, but again, no response. Given the drop in cleanliness, service, and attention to detail, I won’t be returning on future visits. Disappointing experience from a place I once relied on.
