Overall great stay! Great room/view. Overpriced as hell! And for the price you’d think they have free breakfast of some kind nope! No free parking had to pay $100 valet parking fee for the night. Customer service needs upgrade! No friendly faces, staff wasn’t very friendly nor accommodating.

Fancy without the fuss.

I loved my stay here. The rooms were stunning in style and comfort. I felt like a celebrity. The staff were so kind and professional. One staff member remembered my name after 1 meeting and greeted me every day. Our car was ready for us on very cold mornings. The roof bar was spectacular. This was my 2nd time and I will stay again!

This Viceroy is not as nice as the photos online but the staff was very nice. Our room was super small. There was no fan in the bathroom or shower. No coffee bar but you can buy a latte at a window and they only offer take away cups. We saw ladies of the night passing through the lobby at least twice but that’s not the hotel’s fault. For the $380 I paid, there’s better.
