"Friendly and helpfull staff and hotel located a small walking distance from a couple different train lines. Room was nice size and in good condition. Only reason I didnt 5 star the hotel was the lack of safe in the room (not that you likely need one but insurance companies tend to require one incase something goes missing)"

"The hotel follows the philosophy of the Apa hotels of "Simplified luxury". Room was small, but with large tv and large & comfortable bed, with amenities such as toothbrush and paste readily available. The location is good, with maybe10 - minutes walk away from the Namba and Dotonbori. The hotel is very large, with over 20 - floors, yet the spaces was kept clean, and the welcome lobby was impressive looking. Also the hotel was quiet for such a large size hotel. I had dinner once at the hotel restaurant, and the quality of the food was also very good, and the restaurant area was kept in very "polished" condition. "
