I checked in around 3:45pm and had to request the hi staff to clean the toilet and bring the towels and toiletries. Staff were efficient and also very polite and apologetic for the dirty and unprepared room. Last day we had breakfast at the hotel where all tables were dirty, had to wait for preparation for cleaning the tables, fruits finished but menu was good and fresh.

The hotel’s breakfast is a varied buffet, with options like cereals, pastries, and a made-to-order omelet station where you can customize it with your choice of ingredients. The food changes daily, which is a nice touch. The reception service is very proactive, friendly, and professional, contributing to a pleasant experience. However, the cleaning of the rooms was a downside. Although the rooms were generally fine, there were several oversights regarding towel replacement, which occurred every day during our stay. Additionally, I found dirt under the beds, such as candy and chocolate wrappers, showing a lack of deep cleaning. The windows of the large windows also appeared to be dirty, which dimmed the otherwise stunning views of the city’s skyscrapers. If the windows were properly maintained, the views would be much more impressive. One of the most negative aspects of our stay was the taxi service. Despite agreeing on a fair fare to Dubai Mall, we were charged the full amount per person when sharing the ride, which felt unreasonable and poorly managed by the hotel. In summary, the hotel has great advantages such as its location, the breakfast service, and some amenities, but there are areas for improvement, especially in room cleanliness and taxi service. I offer this as constructive criticism, hoping that the hotel continues to improve in order to provide an even better experience for its guests.

"This is by far the worst hotel l've ever stayed in. The room is in terrible condition, with everything falling apart and a persistent unpleasant smell. Housekeeping is extremely poor, taking ages to respond and frequently forgetting essentials like towels. The location is also far from ideal. On top of that, the hotel has absurd policies-guests are not allowed to have visitors, and staff even monitor CCTV footage and knock on your door to enforce this rule. Avoid this place at all costs.

Prime location, close to the Dubai Mall. You can walk from the hotel to the mall, and you are also near the Burj Khalifa. The staff is very attentive.
