Ich bin leider enttäuscht.

Ich hatte mich auf Grund vorheriger Übernachtungen (ist einige Jahre her) & der Bewertungen für dieses Hotel entschieden. Bin nun aber leider etwas enttäuscht. Vorab zu erwähnen wäre das die Tagungsräume, öffentlichen Bereiche etc. immer noch sehr ansprechend sind. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Neutral zu bewerten wäre das das Fitnessstudio wie Jahre zuvor einfach zu klein ist. Entspricht in Größe & Ausstattung so gar nicht der Größe des Hotels. Je nach Zeit so voll das man keinen Platz zum stehen hat. Ausstattung ist sehr dürftig. Das einzige Gerät zum Gewichtstraining - der Zugturm ist schlecht gewartet. Zum Zimmer: es soll wahrscheinlich modern wirken, hat aber leider den Charm eines besseren Krankenhauszimmers. Was z.T. auch daran liegt das man hier deutliche Gebrauchsspuren findet. Leider nicht gemütlich. Ich hatte bei der Online Buchung vorab um ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen gebeten um in Ruhe arbeiten zu können. Etage 6 von 26 war dann doch eher unten. Was noch schlimmer war - direkt an den 6 Fahrstühlen die durchweg bis Mitternacht in Bewegung waren. Rumpeln, Quietschen. Ziemlich laut. Ich bin nicht empfindlich, aber die Räume direkt nebenan sollten nur vermietet werden wenn das Hotel voll ausgebucht ist. Ich hätte auch vor Ort Feedback gegeben, aber bei Checkout hat man nicht gefragt ob alles i.O. oder wie der Aufenthalt war. Daher hier. Fazit definitiv keine Bewertung über 9 wie bei Hotels.com angegeben. p.s. Parken besser im CCH, besser beleuchtet & mehr Platz

Disappointing

We have booked a room for 3 people. 2 adults and 1 child there is five years. They contact me two days before we come, and ask if we want to pay 50 euros for a extra bed. I answered that i hope there wil be a extra bed, when I booked a room for 3 people. They choose not to answer. When we arrive there is only a double bed for 3 people. they didn´t even put an extra duvet and there was onle towles for 2 people. When we later at the day ask how mutch breakfast costs, they say 23 euro per person. Next morning we have to pay 6 euros more in total. We did not think the service was good at this hotel.

elevator room.

We have stayed during many years at your hotel in Hamburg I was quite/very unhappy to get a room for 6 nights next to the elevator. The noise might not be high but it disturbed every night, specially the thursday-sunday was quite busy. I asked the guy in reception with chek-in, if he had placed os in a nice room. and he replied , oh yes... He should know better when we book 6 nights, it could be a problem. and no, I did not complain, as I am not this type..
