Great location as its next to Victoria train and tube station. Lots of good food, drink and shopping close by. We received an upgrade on our room which was lovely. Large room with sofa, stocked mini bar and beautiful bathroom with heated floor and towel warmer. Perfect for a November visit.

Single traveler here. I absolutely loved the Clermont!! Wonderful staff, clean rooms, and beautiful architecture. I liked the restricted access (room card needed to use elevator). The best thing for me was the location. There’s a side entrance to enter and exit Victoria Station, which is full of shops and food places along with trains. I did all my traveling by train (or on foot) so it was very convenient. Buckingham Palace is less than 1/2 mile away, including Royal Mews and The King’s Gallery.

This property was amazing! The staff immediately make you feel welcome, and the rooms are lovely! We ordered room service our first night in, and it was delicious. It was nice to have a well prepared meal brought to our room after a long day of travel. The Victoria Station is right there, so navigating through London via the transportation options makes it so easy. We traveled on the Tube multiple times, and it was great knowing that when getting to the station we were minutes from being back in our hotel room. The Victoria Palace Theatre is just a quick walk from your hotel, so catching a show is extremely easy during your stay. The room attendants keep your room immaculate during your stay, and make you feel even more at home. I would love to return to London again next year, and to stay here again.

Line staff at check in had no clue. Four people gave me different opening/closing times for the gym. Only one staff member helped. Rhohail. Night manager. Impeccable service. Wife got sick, hospital visit. Rhohail insured we had extra heaters in room. Disaster with Uber drive at check out. He helped me create a new Uber order and carried our bags across a divided road. That's the person who needs to be acknowledged and promoted. Impeccable service from the man. Thank you.
