The staff was amazing. My cousin left her passport behind in the safe. We called the hotel and they were able to confirm and call us back on our US mobile it was there. The lady was so nice to wait at the front door to meet my cousin when she went back to retrieve it. They were so helpful in such a stressful situation. Thank you!

I really wanted to enjoy my stay at The Clermont, but unfortunately it was disappointing for the price point (around $600 a night). Service was consistently slow — housekeeping didn’t restock basics like water or toilet paper, and when I called down, it took ages for anything to arrive. Room service for simple requests like bottled water also took far too long. The TV quality was surprisingly poor for a hotel of this standard. The one nice touch was the balloons, welcome card, and bear in the room for my mom’s birthday (though I did pay extra for this). Location is convenient, but beyond that, the experience fell short. Sadly, I wouldn’t return to this hotel for a future London trip.

The staff were absolutely outstanding and the room was gorgeous. One of the lifts did not work but apart from that, our stay was absolutely perfect. Ideal location too. Would 100% recommend!

Lovely Stay!

We loved our stay here. Location was terrific adjoining Victoria Station, very easy to navigate. Some great restaurants nearby. We were a family of 3 and appreciated the extra sofa bed for our son. Free mini bar! This was enjoyed by all of us. Will definitely return.

Excellent service by the staff, anything needed was provided quickly. Ask for a fan, warmer rooms than Americans are accustomed to, as is all of Europe. Direct access to Victoria station is a big plus. Great spot for Tube and train access to greater London. Staff was exceptional. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Highly recommend

Did not like having a bathtub . Would have preferred a stand up shower. No counter space in the washroom. Having carpets in a hotel room is not sanitary. Location was very good and staff very friendly.

Reception was great, restaurant was great, great location. Only hicup was the elevator to the 6 floor was under repair, so hauled our luggage up a flight of stairs - they did offer to do that for us. Breakfast was so so for 25£ each, have had better that was included

The Clermont Victoria feels like a luxe hotel without luxe pricing. Perfectly situated close to many sights, restaurants and Victoria train station and underground which made getting around so easy.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room we were in in was really nice and well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable and the complimentary snacks and water were great to have. The staff was very nice and helpful during our entire stay. The breakfast was great and had a nice selection. The bed was comfortable and very nice. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the shower head, but it was more due to preference than quality. We don’t prefer the rain shower heads because they are too difficult for normal use and don’t rinse well in our opinion. The hotel is in a great location by Victoria station and there are plenty of food options very close by. The bus stop for our hop on hop off bus was just outside the front door which was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
