Thank you for a wonderful stay. The Clermont team helped to make my mum's birthday celebration extra special. It was much appreciated! The hotel is beautiful with a stunning Christmas tree in the foyer. The room was gorgeous and very clean. We couldn't believe how quiet it was, expecially considering where we were in London. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again to all the friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel. Great location being so near to Victoria station. Truly enjoyed the coffee bar (Starbucks) and Soak. Our bed was comfortable. The room was well appointed. Fun snacks. Bathroom was just a bit small, but nice. The only downside was breakfast. For the price, more than just a standard English breakfast could be offered. And the hot foods were not adequately warmed in the heating tables.

The Deluxe Room was very spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The complimentary water bottles and snacks are restocked daily. The only issues were that one of the two elevators were not in service and some rooms need to be accessed via stairs, which can be difficult when travelling with larger luggage.
