Great hotel, check-in process was poor.

Room, breakfast, and the hotel in general were excellent value. The check in process could have been better, the people at the desk couldn't find our booking and were quite dismissive - they could have been more helpful as there was nothing wrong with our booking. Hotels.com were helpful but the hotel staff weren't.

A hotel with a special twist !

Everything about our stay was great, our room was spotless with a great view of the shard. The musical theme decor was brilliant. Breakfast was really good, I’m gluten free, bread and rolls available with a separate toaster for GF bread.

Breakfast was great! Lots of gluten free options and vegan options too. The property was nice. However, there was maintenance/ painting happening right outside my room in the hallway both days I stayed. It was quite loud.
