Comfortable Stay in Good location.

This is a nice hotels in pimlico, i’ve stayed here many times and they offer a complimentary break. Good wifi and tea and coffee in the room. Rooms are small but this is expected from this type of property. The shower was modern but the water pressure could be better.

Really lovely small hotel walkable to Buckhingham Palace and surrounding area. Clean, nice breakfast, and so grateful for the offer to hold our luggage before and after check-out. Super convenient near Victoria station.

Luna Simone was a wonderful experience. The hotel is run by two brothers and family staff. Luna Simone was clean, quiet, and with all the basic needs you need but also with a warm touch by the staff whom always were happy to help you and please you. The hotel is locally convenient to get to Victoria station and Victoria coach(bus) station. The 24 bus across from the hotel will bring you to many of the wonderful sites of London for few pounds. In all I will recommend the hotel to any traveler.

We had a great stay! The property is simple but really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location is great as very walkable and close to the underground and a bus stop is just outside the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and just what we needed to start the day. It was also very reasonably priced. The room worked perfectly for our family of 4. Would definitely recommend!

Brilliant short stop

This was quick stop as part of a business trip, nice size room extremely clean, great shower. The friendly brother/twins at breakfast was brilliant. Great stay.

I booked three rooms and received a message that the hotel did not have an elevator and one of the rooms would be on a higher floor but little did I know there were so many stairs. Also the rooms are a bit on the smaller side but they are clean and have just what you need for a comfortable stay. Staff is friendly and happy to answer inquiries. Breakfast is great.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We were always greated warmly when entering. Breakfast was a wonderful start to the day. The location was within walking to most things we wanted to see and bus line was at front door and a short walk to tub, trains and boats.

Out of six places we stayed in England, this was my teens’ favorite. It’s an easy walk from Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace and other sites. We appreciated the warm welcome from one of the owners - Peter. He and his twin brother, Bernard, were so attentive in the breakfast room each morning! For three nights we had a room with a double bed and two twins - so the kids didn’t have to share. We were in the lower level by the breakfast room, but never heard morning noise. The only challenges was the room was so warm. We had the upper windows open at night; ran both fans; turned the radiator all the way down, like they suggested; and had the patio door open when we were there, but not asleep.

Highly recommended hotel

The two owners and reception staff were extremely welcoming and friendly as soon as we walked into the hotel. They were also very easy to talk to with great humour so you will definitely feel relaxed and comfortable around them. It was my moms birthday whilst we was in London and they kindly upgraded our room and gave her a birthday card and a bottle of bubbly which we were very overwhelmed by their generosity towards us. The hotel its self was very clean and tidy and they couldn’t do any more for you. Breakfast was 10/10 with a great selection of toast/cereals/fruit/yoghurts and cooked breakfast with orange juice, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. They also offered a walking stick to my mom as she suffered a bad back whilst we were there and were very helpful and caring towards her. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in the Victoria area in London as it was great value for the money. If you are also looking to use public transport they were very helpful and showed us a bus stop and which number to get on which is right out side the hotel and the tube is around 7 minutes walk from the hotel so very easy to get to places you would like to visit. We had a lovely, comfortable and quiet stay we can’t thank you enough!

Great value for a prime location. Despite my room being a top-floor walk up, their friendly staff helped carry my luggage upstairs. Extremely nice gentleman at their check in desk. Would return!
