Very nice clean room I was just surprised it was for a person with a wheel chair so no bath which I was expecting for a young child and the bed for her wasn’t set up but other then that it was a great stay

Breakfast was incredible….great selection of anything you wanted, in an amazing room with park view. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable. Proximity to Hyde Park can’t be beat. Will stay again.

Doormen - very pleasant and always on duty Luggage porter - nice and friendly Front desk - extremely courteous Concierge- extremely courteous, informative, helpful and friendly Room/bathroom - everything in the room/bathroom very comfortable and pleasant, very clean, of course the room could have been little wider and more drawers in the closet especially for longer stay Some communication issue between front desk and room cleaning staff. We requested blanket instead of duvet but wasn’t changed to blanket. The number of tea, coffee etc. was not the same every day, some days not enough of one type of tea, or not enough coffee and milk, but if we called to request it was delivers very quickly. We will definitely go back to this hotel. Thank you

The staff was the friendliest and most helpful we’ve had in London. Excellent location if you want to take the Heathrow Express from Paddington or be near Kensington Park/Hyde Park.
