The location is the best feature of this restaurant. The room is small, the mattress is too soft, the room service is always delayed, also the there is a big chance you need to take stairs instead of lift because one building does not have direct lift available.

Very nice classic and elegant lobby and hotel in general was very comfortable and staff was very nice. One staff member , Flora originally from Peru was very helpful and gave excellent recommendations. The only part that was disappointing was the breakfast buffet. Same every day and the quality not up to the standards of the hotel. Should add at least one prepared fresh dish like an omelette etc..

Love staying at the Clermont Victoria whenever we’re in London. It is such a beautiful building with a wonderful history. Located conveniently at Victoria Station, all of London, and the UK itself, are just a few feet away. The entire staff makes you feel welcome. Super convenient hotel near Buckingham Palace

One of the elevators was out of service so it made getting to our room a bit difficult. The room was small and the bathroom was VERY small, but it was comfortable and clean. The location was unbearable. Buffet breakfast was available for a fee. I was surprised to see that they had gluten free bread, muffins, cereal, and a dedicated toaster.
