An amazing stay, the hotel was superb. The staff is absolutely first class, and the bed, my GOD, was so comfortable. I loved the experience, the location, and the overall service.

I loved the property. Nice touch to include room snacks and drinks free of charge! The location was good, excellent food, restaurants and morning breakfast. Rooms were clean, bathroom had heated tiles and heated towel rack. A bathtub was also a nice change. The only small inconvenience was the elevator to the 6th floor wasn’t working and we had to get off at the 5th floor carrying our luggage up the stairs to the 6th floor. We stayed in many hotels through London, Scotland and Ireland. This one was the best and we plan to return in the future.

Very nice hotel, the room space is just enough for a king bed hard to open the luggage. However the bed is very comfortable and showers very strong. Breakfast is good but I found It’s a bit over price overall

The staff were incredible, so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is impressive, however undergoing some renovations to the lifts which was a little inconvenient but didn't negatively affect our stay. Our room was lovely and clean, but some aspects were looking a little tired. However if they are renovating I am sure this will be refreshed. The bed was the most comfortable I think I've ever slept it. We had room service on our second night, and it was incredible! The breakfast buffet was excellent both mornings, again with staff so helpful and welcoming.

We loved our stay at the Clermont. This was our first time in London and chose this hotel because of location and historic appeal. It was a perfect location to meet all transportation needs. Being close to the Victoria Coach Station with only 5 minute walk it was easy and inexpensive to travel from Heathrow. Short walk to Buckingham Palace and many nearby attractions. Annamaria checked us in and provided easy directions by the tube to reach any other desired destinations and even recommended excellent restaurants and pubs for us to visit. The decor was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was buffet style with all options for a full English breakfast. There was a maintenance issue that arose on our second day and the entire team was quick to remedy the situation and provide us with an unprompted upgrade and a generous treat as an apology for any inconvenience. The attached bar, The Soak, also had attentive staff with tasty libations and yummy bites. Everyone we encountered from bellman, maintenance, check-in and concierge to manager were all lovely and ready to make our experience memorable. We will absolutely visit again.

Fix your doors so people can sleep!

Amazing lobby, late August 2025 construction ongoing, DOOR issues. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are kind. However, for such a nice hotel, it is UNACCEPTABLE that they haven't done the basic maintenance of ensuring room doors close gently. Furthermore, the door using for housekeeping bangs every time they go in and out so unless you wake up at 6AM, choose a different hotel until they get this figured out.

The Staff did an excellent job in printing a document for me. They’re very friendly and helpful super cool building right by the train station very clean the negative none of the plugs worked in the room so none of the electronics were charged, including a special device
