Summer Trip 2025

Love staying at the Clermont Victoria whenever we’re in London. It is such a beautiful building with a wonderful history. Located conveniently at Victoria Station, all of London, and the UK itself, are just a few feet away. The entire staff makes you feel welcome. Special mention to David who went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Until next time Clermont. Cheers!

Friendly staff. Bed comfortable. Excellent location. Only downfall was navigating around hotel - having to take a lift and several sets of stairs. Confusing to find my way around. Air conditioning could have been a little cooler.

Super convenient hotel near Buckingham Palace

One of the elevators was out of service so it made getting to our room a bit difficult. The room was small and the bathroom was VERY small, but it was comfortable and clean. The location was unbearable. Buffet breakfast was available for a fee. I was surprised to see that they had gluten free bread, muffins, cereal, and a dedicated toaster.

This was our second time staying at the Clermont Victoria. It's a great, central location, easy to get anywhere in the city as three train lines are connected to the hotel. We love the historic feel of the hotel and the wonderful breakfast. Last time we stayed (two years ago) the rooms also included a fully stacked mini bar with soft drinks, beer, wine, and yummy snacks. This time it was scaled way, way back to just two bottles of water and one bag of chips and one bag of popcorn and some old, hard candy that didn't look so good. We missed the mini bar for sure at the end of a long day of touring. Totally understand not including free wine and beer but the soft drinks, juices and better snacks were a really nice touch that we missed :( . That said, we really recommend the hotel if you are looking for a nice home base and plan on touring all over the city.

Just got back from 2 nights at The Clermont.What a lovely hotel, 10 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace, Victoria tube & station just round the corner, lots of bars & places to eat. Very comfortable bedrooms & nice bathrooms, didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on that, but the staff that we did come into contact with were excellent especially Geanene? on reception what a credit to your Hotel. Totally recommend this hotel!!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The room was clean, comfortable and a great size. The staff wa friendly and helpful. The lobby was beautiful. The location was ideal. We were a close walk to all of the major sights, and It was only a 4 minute walk to the Victoria Palace theater where we had tickets to Hamilton. Highly recommend this hotel.

It’s 163 old and so elegant and beautiful! The architecture on both inside and out is amazing and to read about the history was mind blowing! The breakfast is buffet style and delicious. The staff was very helpful in managing a situation involving luggage that was delayed due to a weather delayed flight connection. They went far beyond what their responsibilities required. The hotel is located in a very good location for dining, walking site seeing, and for arranging transportation. We will be using this hotel for any future visits to London.

The hotel is a very convenient location. Beautiful lobby, restaurant and bar area. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. The room itself was small. The entrance way into the room was barely wide enough for my husband to fit. Let alone get two large suitcases in. Bathroom was a tight space too. Not what we would expect from a hotel at this price point.
This was as far as the door into the room opens - it is against the wall and bathroom door. Had to squeeze through sideways.
