We were put in a room with a broken ac. We had flown all night and it took them 2 hours to put us in a room. They kept sending different maintenance people up. It was clear that it did not work. Finally they gave us a nice room but I had to be stern about it. The hotel was lovely the front desk were to. The house service was not good.we

Love the Location, and the desk staff were excellent. The dinning/bar was lacking in atmosphere and menu appeal (pretty deserted). Wonderful proximity to Lester Square and Trafalgar Square! Room could use a deep clean. and Heat/Air con was not working.
