The staff were ok - short check in and no real information given. The room was not very clean, rubbish from previous guests on the floor, hair in the bathroom. Bed was really comfy. We paid for an upgrade and it worries me the size of the average room as the upgrade was still a small room and a tiny bathroom. The guy running the baggage area was lovely and really friendly. Much more approachable than the reception team.

I have stayed at The Hotel @ Fifth Avenue twice now and have been very happy with my experience on both occasions. I really like that fact it is situated in the middle of Koreatown and it is a very busy and electric atmosphere there.

room feels more like a motel than hotel. was very cold during my stay, bathroom necessities were mediocre. towels, bedding, room air all smelled like musty. wasn’t a comfortable stay but staff were nice and it’s in a convenient location. however wouldn’t recommend if you enjoy comfort
