Nice property. Clean, comfortable and a two minute walk to Orient beach and the village restaurants. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nice option for a stay in Orient Bay.

I think that more visible garbage disposals should be located around the property. Also, at times you see buggs flying in the room and small centipide worms and ants. Pesticides to keep those insects should be used on a monthly basis due to the wadm weather.

Palm Court was a delight. Easy to move around. Everuthing just steps away. Tastefully decorated, very clean, and comfortable beds. We even had double sinks in the bathroom (which I learned is unique to the first floor) We will stay at Palm Court again

Rooms were spacious & up to date. Anne, the manager was welcoming & quickly responsive to any requests. Breakfast was appreciated, croissants were amazing. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the beach & several amazing restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying at Palm Court.

No hot water in the room and no one to contact after 7pm. Hotel only has a whatsapp number to message, but we did so and did not get any response at all. No hotel should lack evening staffing to address essential issues such as a lack of hot water. Quite a disappointment

We love the hotel and everything about the he property. Room was clean daily and the stuff that's works there are very friendly helpful people. We love our waiters Juline Charles . This os our second time staying there and we definitely coming back next year .

Can't say enough great things about my experience at Palm Court. My girlfriend and I stayed for a week and will certainly be back. The hotel is truly quality over quantity. small and simple with everything you could possibly need, done extremely well. Orient Bay Beach is a 2 min walk away and during that short walk, you'll pass 10 great restaurants, a couple bakeries and convenience stores. Easy access to everything and plenty to do but still not overly crowded. Kiara & Anne at the check in desk were both phenomenal with making everything flow smooth. Juline at breakfast was extremely helpful, personable and took time to know each individual guest and their likings/morning habits.
