Customer service representative gldid not greet or welcome us for our stay. The room was was dirty, black mold on the air conditioner, hair in the shower, door lock was broken, large gap between room and wall which difficult to close. Started the morning off at 6am with loud music coming from the parking lot continuously until 9am even after I opened the door to say something. I wouldn't stay in this hotel even if I was desperate need. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! Paid to sleep yet got none!!

Bed was rock hard felt like I was sleeping on the floor, people on the left and right side of me in other rooms must live their room to the left had 2 adults 2 dogs and 2 kids living in a 1 bed room not even 2 beds in their people to the right sounded like they were beating their kids all night..

It is a extend stay hotel did not enjoy the atmosphere of that.load , not someone at front desk all the time had to wait 45 minutes when my key wouldn’t work It was cheap that’s the best thing I can say about it

COCKROACHES in bathroom crawled out from under the tub. Reported it to the front desk and they thanked me and acted like it was a normal occurrence. Strong smell of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom vent. We kept all our luggage in the car and slept with the lights on. We asked housekeeping for clean towels and were told there were none. Went to the front desk and they gave us 2 swim towels instead. Stairs were taped off as one of the concrete steps was broken in two. Never again!!!!

We booked for two double beds Two hours and 40 minutes with my husband and his sister to a room and arrived after 11 PM. When we arrived in the room, there was no front light only the bathroom, light and only one double bed for my husband, his sister and myself to share. I was very upset and also the water in the shower was flooding into the bathroom again. I did reach out to an office reception and card three days in a row, trying to get in touch with the manager and have not received a call back. The worst $169 at a motel 😩

The rooms were absolutely horrid. Completely outdated and in really rough condition. The smell was bad — really bad — throughout our stay. We were first placed in a smoking room (which we didn’t book), and while they did move us to a non-smoking room, it wasn’t much better. The biggest issue was the internet — there was basically none. We went to the front desk multiple times and kept getting different stories. Several staff members gave us excuses, but one staff member finally admitted that they have known internet problems on that side of the building and that another side might have working service. We were told to gather our belongings so they could potentially move us. When we came back later that night, they refused to move us. On top of that, our room keys stopped working every single night. Each time we were told it was our fault — that we put the keys next to a phone, etc. On the final night, a staff member admitted the keys had only been programmed for one day at a time. So we were being given incorrect information the entire stay. Between the bad rooms, the smell, no internet, constant key issues, and inconsistent (and sometimes dishonest) communication from staff, this was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Would not stay here again.

I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone. Very dirty, hair everywhere, towels were filthy. I can go on and on and thats just the inside. Outside is very scary. Ppl smoking weed, crack and other things i don't want to mention. Just stay away. The front desk was very friendly

The room was ok. But Expedia lies . I asked for a hotel close to airport. Expedia said it was 5 miles away. It was 26 miles. Expedia said it had coffee maker, fridge and microwave. It had nothing . Said it had a hot tub. So not a bad review for hotel. But bad review for Expedia. Stop telling lies.

I showed up at the motel, after a day of traveling, but the motel rented my room to others. I even had a confirmation number. I was left stranded at 10pm at not. The desk clerk said the property was entirely sold out and had no rooms available. But when I was about to drive away, she came out and told me there was one room available for $180 per night. It was a bait and switch. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT ANOTHER MOTEL 6 !!!!

There was only a smoking room left when we arrived after driving 12 hours. It had cigarette burns all over the tiller, tub and floor. Smelt worse than someone smoking a cigarette. It smelled like we were inside a cigarette. Super tiny room. No fridge, microwave, no amenities at all. Close proximity to Disney though.

The room was awful. It was a last minute trip and we couldn't find any other place. We arrived at night and stayed for 1.5 hours. In that time we killed 2 cockroaches. We even cleaned the toilet and shower. Because of the cleaning, they charged us for a night. The bedsheets were cigarret burned. Garbage on the floor, not even was swiped. People was on chairs on the hallways, so not quite at all. The person at the front desk was helpful but, he was doing his job, protecting his work site.
