I hope the bathroom can be cleaned thoroughly. The stopper on the bathtub was not working properly. Hopefully, the Breakfast will change in a daily basis for some dishes.

The cleanliness needs improvement. The sink is dirty, it’s disappointing. Also, there was urine smell in the toilet when we checked in to the hotel. When trying to call the customer service, it was unreachable.

An excellent hotel in the heart of Susukino. There are two subway stations close by, each within a 5min walking distance. There are plenty of dining options and shops and shōtengai close by. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby also had an espresso machine for the guests that need a shot or boost after a long day. Overall, my family and I would definitely be back the next time we visit Sapporo.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and quite spacious for Japan rooms. My family enjoyed using the gym for early morning workouts and our friends made good us of the hotel washing machines. Having a separate elevator to get to the lobby and the hotel rooms was at times bothersome, since it took longer, but I appreciated the safety and protection for hotel guests. The hotel location was convenient—close to subway, lots of shopping and assorted eateries available in walking distance!

Love this hotel, easy access to shop, dining and bus airport transfer which is only 3 minutes walking from hotel to bus station. Joanita is the best receptionist in Japan that I met. He is so helpful and friendly. I would go back to this hotel if i travel to Hokkaido next time

This is a great place to stay in Sapporo. It is right in the middle of the restaurant and nightlife scene in town, with many choices on what to eat and do. It’s also right on a subway line two stops from the main JR Rail Station. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The provided breakfast was good, but not outstanding. The staff were uniformly pleasant. It offers great value for the money. We would stay here again for sure.
