Helpful and friendly staff. Received a complimentary upgrade to a suite in the west wing. Wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary, thank you! Quiet and safe area and easily walkable to all of Whistler Village and its great restaurants and cafes. Trails, lifts, and free village shuttle are also easily accessed. Underground parking a plus though the spots are a tight squeeze.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location in the village. I’m truly angry I chose this hotel to stay for 2 nights for our relaxing holiday. We upgraded to a room with a king bed but the beds are so old they have divots from people sleeping on them. I couldn’t get comfortable, just stuck in a dip. Barely slept for two nights and woke up with horrible back pain. Also the walls are paper thin so I just listened to other guests’ music and tvs and talking and doors slamming. The hotel is old and it’s in bad condition, everything is bumped, broken, stained, damaged and just looking sad. They were painting the exterior of the hotel while we were there. The two times we used the pool suddenly an electric boom lift/man lift suddenly started literally moving above us while we’re in the pool with no notice whatsoever and painters going to work. Loud and scary. Those should never be moving above people below without proper notice and someone on the ground to ensure the area below is clear. Complete disregard for safety, let alone guests trying to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Absolutely would not recommend. Will be complaining directly to the hotel.

Really nice option as a good place to stay. I mean, it wasn’t the four seasons….but that wasn’t what we wanted. Was more than open to us who were there to mountain bike. Took care of my family and my bike. Places to park my truck without worry. Good amenities in the room (though I’d probably like a microwave added). Everything is walking distance away. Was a place that I have decided we will stay at next time we go to whistler.
