We enjoyed our stay and the room was comfortable. However, could easily hear neighbours next door and above us, but especially so with people walking past our door out in hallway, so noise levels were higher than expected. It was $24 for parking - would love to see that reduced as just adds to the cost of the stay. We did get an early check in which was fantastic.

Lovely property, super clean rooms, but wished for more. The location is just outside of the village, so be prepared to walk a lot more to reach anything. The rooms were minimally stocked, and the pillows on a king sized bed, as comfy as they were, were small. I'd asked for additional pillows, but they were never supplied. The bathrobes are thin, and were very small, and no slippers were provided. Some basic hotel standards were missing, and there's no restaurant in the hotel, either, meaning a 5-15 min walk into the village. (depending on what you're in search of).Parking at $24 a day was very much fair, especially the in-out flexibility. The pool was lovely, altho it could have been a little warmer, considering it was so cold outside, and as lovely as the hot tub was, it was quite small. 8 people in there and it's a rather intimate experience with pure strangers... and add on the activities of children playing, it was often not available. We wanted to try the sauna, but it was also alway crowded at various times during out stay. The beds are cozy, but are on the soft side. For the price we paid, it was a fair experience; but would reconsider rebooking.

Cute hotel right by the lifts

Such a great hotel in a convenient location for Whistler. 15 min walk to the lifts, all the village restaurants are close by. The parking garage was tight for a pickup truck, but there is surface parking. The sauna and hot tub were so wonderful after a day of skiing and a nice dinner! The staff was very friendly and so helpful in giving suggestions for enjoying Whistler
