Great location but terrible noise at night. You can literally hear everything going on in the next room and there’s a loud on and off noise. Not sure if it was the ventilation or the heating system. I was not able to sleep at all for the whole night.

The hotel staff were professional and friendly. The hot tub was always busy and full so we did not use it even though we wanted to. There is not restaurant on site. it is 10 minutes to gondola in ski boots. The room does not have a proper desk for any work so you have to go to the lobby, but the lobby can be noisy at times.
