Staff was very kind and efficient, both at the front desk and the pub. Loved the complimentary water upon check in! Room was a bit tired and worn looking, dirt along all the carpet edges and chipped doors, for example. Bed was comfortable and sheets were nice and crisp. Room was a somewhat noisy, could hear a lot of commotion in the hall and some from next door, plus doors slamming. Just needed a place to sleep when my flight was cancelled, and this hotel did the trick for me.

It's really run down and the staff are great but a look at the WiFi plug ins will show it needs updating I used to be diamond and always got the same room as now I am just silver having moved all my business to the bonvoy world The ohare Hilton is convenient like 7 11
