DONT STAY HERE! Absolute nightmare! Looked good online for location n prices. All staff have serious attitude problems 1))My flight landed at 7am and I can’t check in til 3pm so I had to pay 600 DK to store for 6 hours in lockers.2)3pm sharp I went to check in but the whole floor was flooded with hundreds of guests waiting. None of the earlier staff told me to take a number in order to check in. So I arrived 7.30 am after 23 hours exhausting flight waited in the lobby for 8 hours only to be told I have take a number in order to be served. By the time I took a number I had to wait another two hours 3) Since i was checked In 5pm the locker charged me additional 2 more hours 4)whilst waiting witnessed a man being thrown out because he voiced the same concerns. He waited from 1.30 pm in the afternoon and was upset he wasn’t told to take a number. 5)I paid for a double bed but was given a single bed. Went to reception three times but they won’t give me what I paid for.6)Every time I came to reception to ask a simple question I had to take another number and won’t speak to me without a number7)Room was stuffy humid. Offered a small electric fan which I had to carry 6 floors up even though I told them i have double hernias8)) I work in hospitality too CABINN being a hotel chain does not know what customer service means
