El Hotel muy lindo habitación renovada, sauna espectacular, pero el personal no esta bien entrenado, deje una tarjeta como garantia en el front desk, pero el momento que quiese poner el cargo a la habitación, me indicaron que no tenian el registro y que debia pagar al contado, un falta de seriedad total, luego pedi en el front desk el servicio de llamada para despertarme a las 4.45AM nunca llamaron, pedi un taxi para el aeropuerto, el taxista estuvo puntual pero el muchacho del front desk no tenia idea, gracias que le pregunte a una persona en la puerta resulto siéndo el taxista que estuvo parado esperando y el mismo muy molesto porque nadia de los encargados sabian de mi reserva, e El restaurnete un desastre un menu con muy poca varidad siete opciones y cuando pedi el plato que me apetecía, no lo tenian. Lindo Hotel bien ubicado pero pesima atencion pesimo servicio,

Dejligt hotel, med rigtig god placering i det centrale Hamborg. Kun 200 meter til banegård og U-Bahn/metro. Hotellet er kæmpestort med mere end 500 værelser, så morgenmadsrestauranten er tilsvarende stor, og der er rigtigt mange gæster i weekenden. Personalet var dog nærværende og meget gode til at sørge for at der altid var fyldt op i buffeten. Eneste lille minus er at vi har meget svært ved at se det charmerende med et vindue mellem toilettet og sengen på værelset. Der er ganske vist et lyst gardin der kan trækkes ned, men har man nået den alder at man skal op om natten :-) så bliver der helt lyst i soveområdet når man tænder lyset på toilettet, og man vækker dermed hinanden.
