Best location good service

Booked the room for mom. She loved . Easy/quick walk distance to most attractions. Mom traveled to many other cities too from Victoria and kings cross stations by taking train. They are very close .

The hotel was clean and the staff welcoming. A short distance from Victoria station which suited us. And wonderfully quiet on the Thursday and Friday nights we stayed. On a lesser side, the quietness is due to it being off a bus route etc and although the area is safe with many cafes, those that are not comfortable with a 15 min walk would need a cab. also, the set up means that they are unable to offer breakfasts (which we would have liked) nor those unable to manage stairs. We would use again.

Room was very tiny. Fine if you’re staying one night but wouldn’t stay any longer. Shower isn’t really useable due to size and toilet was the size of a shoe box.

The internet was very slow. Could not handle FaceTime or any other menial tasks.

Made aast minute booking due to not feeling safe at another hotel round the corner. Room was exactly the same as the pictures. Reception staff were brilliant & explained how the key card system worked. Room was clean & tidy. Handle was loose on the loo but it still worked. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

No washcloths. You have to pay for soap. The bathroom is extremely tiny. Staff were nice. I would only recommend staying here if you need a bed for one night
