Best equipped hotel I've ever stayed in

Fantastic hotel about 50 metres from Aldgate East Tub Station Probably the best equipped hotel I've eve stayed in and I travelled almost everywhere, (with the exception of South America) with my job before I retired. . There's even The kitchen area had, oven, hob, fridge, and washing machine and dishwasher ; theres even a large cupboard/room for suit cases

We appreciated an early check in and kind staff, but the bathroom for our apartment was awful. The sink was clogged and shower area wasn’t fixed well and water was flooding everywhere in the bathroom after each shower. We informed them, they came for a repair the sink but it didn’t work and they changed our room to another and it was the same story again. We lost one day of our short trip because of this inconvenience for a place that we reserved a few months ahead.

Great little apartment for a business trip - just enough amenities to be able to cook a meal if needed. Staff/team in the hotel were superb. Coffee downstairs excellent. Highly recommend.

The staff was extremely helpful and provided exceptional customer service. The room was clean, with the exception of a stain on the pullout sofa. The property had a coffee shop downstairs that provided absolutely delicious food and beverages. The stay was relaxing and the area had lots of great restaurants and markets that were in walking distance.
