The property is in a great area and is very walkable. The property seems old, the carpet is very rundown and not well maintained. The staff, specially the front desk could be a bit nicer and professional. They were just standing behind the lobby and chit chatting instead of being available to the guests. I had to basically kind of flag them down to get their attention. The housekeeping dept did a good job though. The housekeeping supervisor did rounds and check in if the room is clean or if we need anything else. I feel like for the price and rating of the hotel I do not recommend it.

Good stay overall. The room was good. The shower leaked and the floor tiles were loose near the shower. The faucet at the kitchenette was loose but worked. Some nights there was noise above me like someone was moving furniture

Good location- with the subway right around the corner. Be sure to ask how to get to Leak street arches. It’s actually right around the corner but you could miss it. I’ll add a pic. No free upgrade. No discounts. Please do not market it that way. I was charged over $100 for upgrade. In addition, I was in touch with the hotel and all of the info I provided and request that they said no problem too. We’re not in place when we checked in. Very disappointing as Expedia says this is a VIP place. I’m here to tell you it’s not.
