This has to be one of the best stays I’ve had in a hotel for awhile. I stayed in the single room cozy was plenty of space. The bed itself is slightly bigger than a single bed, room had everything needed iron, iron board, kettle, also bath with bath salts provided and a bottle of water. Emily who checked me in was really friendly and helpful, provided suggestions of places I could go. Would happily stay there again

Terrible hotel. We had a “premium room”. It was first of all super small, and more importantly, super low ceilings, to the point where I felt clusterphobic. The bathroom had a broke toilet that didn’t flush. The reception staff are also in desperate need of training. Never setting foot in this property again.

Radisson Blu Hotel, London Marble Arch

We booked this hotel as it’s just few minutes walk from the venue we were attending. I’ve stayed in different stars hotels all over the world and this is the smallest room I’ve ever seen, much smaller than budget hotels I’ve stayed. The bathroom, exclude the shower, which is also very small, it’s the size of a plane toilet, if not smaller. Two persons can’t fit there and I’m petit. Breakfast was very good thou. For us it did the job as we just spent there few hours sleeping but don’t recommend for a longer stay.

Disappointing

Location is quite good, close to shops, soho etc. Our room was clean but condition quite scruffy and worn, in need of updating. Bed was not very comfortable, and bedding very basic. Breakfast was very poor: we waited a very long time because the waitress ‘forgot to tell the kitchen’ about our order, then we were given a tiny portion with very burnt toast, and there was no effort to compensate for the delay. No pride seemed to have been taken in the breakfast provided, it was definitely not worth the cost. It was striking that two waiting staff couldn’t manage to take care of only three occupied tables. Overall, disappointing and wouldn’t recommend.
