Conveniently located. Seemed authentic to the area. Lots of things to do nearby. Didn’t look like our carpet had been swept prior to us arriving. Found trash in the floor. Otherwise, nice hotel.

Disappointed by the overall experience as the air conditioning in our room didn’t function the entire time. It took a full day to get someone to look at it. Facilities personnel didn’t even come in room. They informed us from hallway that majority of our side of hotel had to air conditioning. We were offered two fans. There was no offer of relocating to a room with working AC or a credit as a good faith consideration. Highly would not recommend as this appears to be a common issue at this establishment.

The hotel is poorly maintained — the toilet doesn’t even flush properly. It was also extremely noisy at night, making it difficult to get any sleep. Overall, not a restful or pleasant experience.

Thistle Trafalgar was a great !! Perfect place to stay in London. Close to everything, room was nice and comfortable. The staff was exceptional, and a special shout out to Rose, she was wonderful.
