My stay was satisfactory. Unfortunately my parking experience was terrible.I was charged 46.00 for parking. I was given a ticket upon checking in and told to call down when I wanted the car. We came down after calling and the attendant couldn't find the car, acted very disoriented, and after waiting 20 mins he brings up the car , but refuses to give us the keys because he said they belonged to a Mercedes. Our Nissan Rogue and Mercedes both have it's own emblem on the key fob. The owners of the Mercedes were trying to explain and my husband had his set of keys the exact same that the attendant had. He still refused to give us the keys until we went inside to talk to the manager. The attendant was rude and at no time apologized for the hotels error in giving each of us the wrong tickets for our cars. I checked into this hotel to be near my surgeon. The disorganization of the attendant caused me to be late for my appointment. I feel there should be some compensation for the aggravation and trouble we had to endure just to park. I wasn't notified there was a charge until I checked out. This was quite unprofessional for a chain hotel.
