The hotel’s amenities—along with its convenient location—make it especially ideal for frequent travelers. The room was clean and comfortable, but was not ready upon arrival. The front desk told us it would be about 20 minutes and he would come get us in the lounge when it was. After 45 minutes I went back to the desk to check and it was ready, but no one over told us. I was not prepared to pay for a valet service, but did, because I didn’t know where else to park. Be prepared ahead of time Most staff was friendly but not very informative. We did not have breakfast because we didn’t know where it was located. We visited the bistro and paid for our breakfast
