The dresser draws were broken and the guy the check me in was not very kind. The other staff were very friendly and kind. Breakfast crew and housekeepers were TOP NOTCH! Absolutely amazing and so friendly and beautiful smiles!! Very welcoming compared to the checking in gentleman.

It’s pretty busted for a Hampton Inn. Had to complain about people smoking indoors. Broken fixtures and drawers but clean.

Best thing about the hotel is the pool, it’s very kid friendly. Breakfast was not good. Key card wasn’t working when we checked in until mid day the next day so they had to go up with us to let us in the room. Breakfast area needs new chairs/ booths need to be changed they are peeling really bad and you can tell they’ve been that way for a while. The pull out couch was hard to get it to close again and the solution to them was just leave it and we’ll do it but we wanted to use that space for sitting also, so that didn’t happen. Mattress of the pull out couch had stains and they said they couldn’t switch it because there wasn’t anymore rooms like that available. I stayed here’s a few years ago and it was good, breakfast was good but this was definitely our last time staying here.

The pool was closed 3 of the 4 days we stayed and the food was mediocre. The room was large and clean. Overall a great stay. The gentleman that check us in was so nice and welcoming.

So much space in room. Added an extra night before we even saw the room because when we walked into the lobby you could tell what a great hotel it was. Not disappointed! So great!

It wasn’t the worst experience of a stay I’ve ever had but it wasn’t the best either especially for the price for the room! The room had an old musty smell at arrival! The pull out couch mattress was old and nasty with lots of stains on it I didn’t let anyone sleep on it we slept on the actual couch. Overall I’d give this stay experience a 4/10 because of other personal issues that were resolved, the cleanliness was a 5/10 because the w was clean but the smell and the pull out couch threw me off. The staff was friendly and understanding that service I’ll give a 8/10.
