My reservation was canceled I was 18 hours from home and was told no rooms available. I could rebook the same book online. Awful customer service. Awful experience and I will never book with the company again. It was the worst first time day one disney experience. Ruined everything.

Only stayed 1 night before moving to a resort, which was planned. It’s close to Disney and was clean. The door was super lose and you could see daylight through the cracks and the beds were comfortable but squeaky.
