Kiitos henkilökunnalle!
"Varauksemme oli mennyt ilmeisesti päällekkäin ja jäimme ilman Premium huonetta, niin loistava henkilökunta paikkasi tilanteen korottamalla huoneluokan korkeimmalle mahdolliselle tasolle eli Presidential Suite:n.
Lisäksi saimme siihen kuuluvat lisäpalvelut.
En ole saanut koskaan missään muussa hotellissa yhtä hyvää ja ennenkaikkea mutkatonta palvelua.
Asiasta ei tarvinnut vääntää eikä neuvotella vaan esitys huoneen korottamisesta parhaalle mahdolliselle tasolle tuli henkilökunnalta itseltään.
Olemme majoittuneet aiemminkin Oulun Radisson Blu Hotellissa ja tulemme varmasti majoittumaan jatkossakin aina kun Oulussa yövymme.
Hotellin ravintolalle myös suuret kiitokset. Ruoka oli erittäin maittavaa ja annoskoko vähintäänkin riittävä.
Aamiaisravintolassa henkilökunta oli erittäin iloisia ja palvelualttiita. Kaikki sujui moitteettomasti.
