I am docking one star because I arrived early and was told I had to wait until my room was ready (which is fine) but after a couple of hours I heard the front desk checking someone else in and upgrading them to a room that was ready. They did not offer me the same curtesy.

The Beach Club at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina
Room was excellent, except for cold shower. I have never stayed in any resort or hotel where the shower would not get warm no matter how long you left it on. Otherwise , room was very nice.

The whole hotel had a very nice vibe. Loved the room that I stayed in, was only there for one brief night but would love to come back. Staff was excellent as well.

Room was wondeful just like the picture when u booked it…staff was amazing especially ms.Tasha Washington beautiful personality helpful and goes up and beyond for the guess.
