If you do not book through Riu, you have to get your own shuttle. you can do this through Expedia, but after you book it you will want to call the shuttle company and get very clear meet up instructions. the airport is full of people who tell you they are with your shuttle just to try to sell you ...

Property is definitely older, rooms need an upgrade. The floor we stayed on had a strong sulphur smell. The good news is they are undergoing a complete renovation this year. This was the first time we had stayed at a RIU hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised with the staff, great food, constant cleaning, and above average entertainment. We will certainly look to stay at another RIU hotel.
