In this 230 m2 villa located in Bagnols en Forêt in a quiet residential area, you can enjoy high-end comfort and layout: 70 m2 living room opening onto a large terrace with secure swimming pool (electric floating shutter), pergola, spacious fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with a king size bed, 2 of which are located on the ground floor, a fifth with 2 x 90 cm beds, 3 bathrooms (one with bathtub for the master suite, another with walk-in shower) Italian and bath and the last upstairs with walk-in shower). Fijn huis om met vrienden leuke activiteiten te ondernemen

Mooi huis! Heerlijk zwembad. Ontvangst van de beheerder was prima! We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De keuken was goed uitgerust om heerlijk te koken. Alleen werd de BBQ gemist.

Was een heerlijke week, compleet ingericht huis, er ontbrak niks. Mooi aangelegde tuin, met een heerlijk zwembad, jeu de boule baan, tafeltennistafel en speeltoestellen. Veel ruimte, een rustig park, kortom alles wat we zochten!

Great experience

We spent 5 days in this beautiful house and enjoyed it a lot! The pool is great, the kitchen is well equipped and the whole house is very spacious. Sole downside: we did not chose the bed linen option for 40 Euros per person. What we did not expect was that even dish towels and shower rug were not provided. But the house still gets 5 out of 5 stars!

Belle propriété mais quelques manquements

La maison correspond exactement aux photos Quelques bémols cependant : - pas de linge fourni : draps uniquement en location et aucun linge de maison même avec facturation - piscine non chauffée par les propriétaires alors que nous sommes fin avril : si nous le souhaitions possible de la chauffer mais c’était à notre charge : est ce normal que nous assumions ce coût pour une semaine de location alors que les futurs locataires ainsi que les propriétaires en profiteront sur toute la saison ? - 1 seul jeu de clés contenant la télécommande du portail sécurisé de la Residence alors que nous avions 2 véhicules : malgré notre demande nous n’avons jamais eu de 2eme jeu - serrure baie vitrée séjour cassée : quelqu’un devait passer pour la réparer mais nous n’avons vu personne - dans l’annonce il était indiqué : vélo mis à disposition : cela n’a pas été le cas - table de Ping pong mise à disposition avec 3 raquettes et 1 balle pour une maison accueillant et p personnes et nous étions 7 : nous avons donc acheté du matériel pour jouer - le fer à repasser est de très mauvaise qualité car très ancien : il est très difficile de l’utiliser

Très belle villa qui propose beaucoup d’avantage: spacieuse, bien équipé, piscine sécurisé par un volet et une alarme , aire de jeux enfants, terrain de de pétanque, jardin clos. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Bagnol.

Très belle villa, belle prestation et très bonne exposition pour profiter pleinement de la piscine du matin jusqu’au soir. Calme et détente étaient au rendez vous. Très bon accueil.
