Advertised AC, No AC, its a ventalation system, we were given fans, staff was rude when questioned about it. We couldn't sleep because it was too hot in our room for 3 nites. Overbearing Sewer fumes from shower drain in bathroom, huge spiders and webs all over the windows. Confronted staff at checkout about inaccurate room charges , Ammar said he would remove them and didnt. Had to get a second staff member to remove them. Get a closeout receipt and verify. Plant based soap, no germ killing ingredients. Will never stay at another 4 star crown plaza again. Horrible experience.

This is a "Green" hotel and boasts that they have the most solar panels of any hotel in Europe. The problem is, "Green" means NO Air Conditioning! And, the windows that once opened to allow a cool breeze in, have now been bolted shut for our safety and convenance. This is UNSATISFACTORY! Even with a fan, the room was almost too hot to go to sleep in. On a positive note, the staff are great customer service people, and the breakfast is delicious!

The Good: The downstairs decor is great with plants and trees, and the check-in was easy and friendly. The growth areas: There were multiple areas of stained areas or dirty sports in the rooms on the chairs, counters, and walls. Although the front desk could be reached by phone, it felt like we had to walk down to speak with them before they took action to get things done. Last, the glass door in the shower is way too short. It's really diificult to keep water in the shower.
