Hotel was great for a short stay in Copenhagen. Train/metro station a 2 min walk across the road which got you to Copenhagen central in 5-6 minutes. Nice and quiet at night for a good nights sleep

Was disappointed when we checked in - I called the hotel twice and messaged them requesting a room on a high floor. When we checked in we were given a room on the 6th floor which was one floor higher than the lowest floor with rooms. Even before my stay, in America, via phone, I received excellent customer service from Mariano, who also took care of many of my needs and requests after I arrived in Copenhagen. He is a special man. I was seeking rooms at the CP Towers because of its close proximity to the Royal Arena (Radiohead concert)––and in this there was no disappointment. The hotel is just minutes away, a simple stroll across the street. The hotel grounds and lobby are modern and welcoming; my guest room was well-appointed, spacial and inviting (24th floor). The bed was very comfortable (one king) with apt comforters and pillows. The bathroom was exquisite with modern fixtures, product and towels, I opted for an open walk-in shower which was incredible––though keep bath towel-mat just outside the entrance to soak up wayward moisture. Hotel staff were always helpful. Elevators ran well (floor access with card key). I ordered one Room Service dinner (roast chicken) and one breakfast. Both were excellent; staff were great. If I ever find myself in Copenhagen again, the CP Copenhagen Towers would be my first priority. Thank you all!

Advertised AC, No AC, its a ventalation system, we were given fans, staff was rude when questioned about it. We couldn't sleep because it was too hot in our room for 3 nites. Overbearing Sewer fumes from shower drain in bathroom, huge spiders and webs all over the windows. Confronted staff at checkout about inaccurate room charges , Ammar said he would remove them and didnt. Had to get a second staff member to remove them. Get a closeout receipt and verify. Plant based soap, no germ killing ingredients. Will never stay at another 4 star crown plaza again. Horrible experience.
