Terrible experience

Booked and paid. On the day arriving at 11pm. There is no such unit to be found. Owner cannot be contacted and Vrbo keep transferring me from one customer service to another. The end result is I was left no room to stay at 12:30am because Vrbo expert said he will call me back another few days later. For a ‘guaranteed a place to stay’ website, I was super disappointed and had the worst renting travel experience in my life.
