Hot water problems

There was only luke warm water in room 675 and even after we notified reception snd they sent someone to look at it the water was never really hot. The next morning there was almost no water pressure. Good location in Marylebone, fairly quiet street. Not sure I would stay there again.

Nice boutique hotel in trendy area. The rooms are adequate size, bathroom was a little tight but manageable. Walkable to restaurants and underground. Very nice staff. Cute photo booth and chess game in lobby.
