Overall not bad but let down by a rather small, smelly bathroom. Shower had a tendency to spill over onto bathroom floor. Twin queen beds comfortable, room on the dark side. First room had a water leak from the ceiling into the wardrobe. Changed with minimal effort into identical room but no great apologies or upgrade etc for inconvenience of having to pack up and change rooms. Communal areas light and spacious. Good breakfast. Pool nice and children enjoyed table tennis. If you want a pool/gym then probably worthwhile, otherwise there might be better hotels for the same cost.

Clean room with great shower and quality linens. Room was ready on our arrival (earlier than expected) which was a bonus. Swimming pool was great for kids and staff were friendly. Snack shop ( in reception ) was extortionately priced! - like a giant mini bar! Room service left in corridor wasn’t taken away after 48 hours still there when we left which was poor.

Staff were family friendly and accommodating despite it's location in the City. Hotel itself was luxurious, the room was quiet and well designed. Breakfast was excellent, however my only feedback would be a lack of non dairy options in the fruit/cereal bar, such as smoothie or granola pots.

Excellent hotel very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast has a good selection you definitely won’t go hungry. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. Great location and within minutes of St Paul’s a within walking distance to Blackfriars.

The room was an executive room and was very spacious, clean and well equipped. We received a welcome drink and check-in and check-out were simple and efficiently managed. I would stay here again.
