I booked 2 x Superior rooms,I was very disappointed. The rooms had debris on the floor such as peanuts, the curtains had rips in and the room was not as the advertised photo. I had rooms 428 and 429, I use your brand often and usually it is very good but on this occasion I feel let down whilst entertaining customers.

Excellent location Brilliant staff … sorry can’t remember his name but big guy in the bar/dining … such a gentleman to my little girls . Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London .

Children can use spa any time up to 8:30pm. I like it no prebook to spa/gym, just turn up when you feel like. Would be good if check out time is 12pm like Hilton. because spa opens at 9:30am and breakfast finishes at 10am.
