Excellent comfortable clean room a short walk from Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden theatres. Breakfast offered a good variety of options for all appetites. Hotel restaurant worth checking out for pre-theatre dining.

Overall a nice hotel in a great location for exploring London. We had 2 rooms for the weeks, deluxe garden rooms. The staff were very nice, doormen were super friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathroom/shower were clean, nice toiletries, with robes & slippers, umbrella. Beds were comfy with lots of pillows. The shower had amazing water pressure! Housekeeping were great with daily service, replenished water, tea bags etc. Staff was also very prompt when we had questions or issues. Also, our flight arrived early and they were very awesome and got us into one of our 2 rooms early, so we could freshen up and store our lugguage before heading out to explore. Rooms are petite, not alot of wardrobe storage, we had to keep most of our clothes in our suitcases. Walls are a bit thin, and can here adjacent room. In our 2nd room, we had trouble keeping it warm, they came to fix it but the heat only worked well for a night and went back to being cold. I'm sure they would have switched the room out but we didn't want to repack and our rooms were next to each other and we liked that convenience, so dealt with the cold temp. Overall good stay, would recommend.

Room was spotless, very clean, bathroom large which is nice with plenty of shelves!!!! We had a room with two beds, and that was a bit crunched. I would probably get the deluxe next time for more space. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. The location can't be beat.

Could not get in room till 3.30. Had to pay £10 extra if we had anything on breakfast menu - buffet was all that was included. Nothing plugged in where it should have for safety - kettle & coffee maker!! Staff obliging. Hotel very comfortable & great location - for us it was a few steps to the London Coliseum.

Room was clean although bathroom washbasin had multiple chips in which on appearance looked like it wasn’t clean. Long wait for hot drinks at breakfast but a fabulous menu and good quality produce. Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful.

This hotel is excellent! The room is very good, but the customer service is nothing short of amazing. Staff member Phil helped park our car and staff member Viza helped escort us all the way to Chinatown when we said we wanted to head there for dinner. Really friendly and attentive staff. Kudos
