The room was incredibly spacious and clean. Front desk was also so nice and informative. Great location as well, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in philly downtown!

The room was fairly spacious, and the breakfast setting was very pleasant, although the selection was somewhat limited. As for the service, I often felt it was superficially friendly but somewhat perfunctory (not all front-desk staff). During my stay, two of my packages went missing. I asked the front desk three times, and each time I was told they were “checking,” but I never received any follow-up. Housekeeping was also not timely: over my three-night stay, one day the room still hadn’t been cleaned by 5 p.m., and on the other two days, no cleaning was done.
