The pool was full of Clorine so bad the kids eyes burned we couldn’t enjoy the pool for more than 20 minutes. The room had no heat just cold air blowing out the vents

I loved the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom was also fresh and clean. The bed linens were clean, fresh and comfortable. Pillows were fluffy as they should. The staffs on duty were friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet was delectable. I had a great stay.

The bathroom toilet was rocky, the bathroom door would not lock. The shower had cracked tiles. The place was adequate but felt tired and run down. Needs a face lift. Fitness room was good but pool area and pool were both very cold.

I love this hotel, but for some reason the last 3 times I’ve stayed there they have no hot water. The past 2 times it wasn’t an issue since it was during summer. But this time it was brutal. Freezing cold outside and not able to take a hot shower was horrible. Then the owner doesn’t care at all. He doesn’t care to fix the issue. The manager was a pain. Only person I’ll say did what he could was Nigal. I hope I spelled his name right. That man deserves a big time raise. This hotel should be reported.
