The chalet is located in Adeje, a 10 minutes drive from the beach.
It has a private pool, garden, barbecue area, free WiFi and private parking. Featuring a DVD player, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge, a living room, a dining area, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with a bidet and a shower. It offers SMART TV, safe, solarium, and the possibility of air conditioning and heating for €40/day.
Heated pool: €40 per day (this service must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival).
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO CELEBRATE PARTIES. In case of non-compliance, the client will be charged the amount of €5,000 as a penalty.
In order to maintain a Quality Management System and apply an adequate Environmental Management System, ELRONDAGUEL S.L. is certified in accordance with the international standards UNE EN ISO 9001 and UNE EN ISO 14001.
After making the reservation, you must sign a rental agreement and perform the Official Online Registration required by law, providing copies of all passports or identification of all guests.
