The Good: The downstairs decor is great with plants and trees, and the check-in was easy and friendly. The growth areas: There were multiple areas of stained areas or dirty sports in the rooms on the chairs, counters, and walls. Although the front desk could be reached by phone, it felt like we had to walk down to speak with them before they took action to get things done. Last, the glass door in the shower is way too short. It's really diificult to keep water in the shower.

The hotel and room was clean and conveniently located a 5min walk to the metro. Central Copenhagen was a 15min ride. The staff were friendly and helpful and the amenities were good also. The hotel is also a 10 to 15min ride to the airport. We had a great stay and would book here again.

Although it is not in city centre. But the hotel is close to regional train and metro station. So it is quite convenient. Room was a bit hot during summer. And power of the room was cut when the kettle and hair dryer are operating at the same time

Great hotel and staff! There was another company that rented out the events room that had a party, who paid for private security that was extremely rude and aggressive toward the paying hotel customers (myself included). I spoke to the front desk about the matter and the lady was more than happy to help and try to make it right by the hotel, to include giving me contact information to escalate any complaint of situations or interactions that occurred. As far as food goes, there are fast food places within walking distance and taxi’s line up waiting to take guests where they need to go in the back parking lot. It was a great restful experience in part of my family and I’s vacation.

Overall great hotel. Some minor maintenance would help. Example we were in room 1911 and tub seemed to leak during showers or the pony wall is not effective. Led to some wet socks after. Also some creaky floors, which just noting, not a biggie. Enjoyed our stay.

Very nice staff. It was warm while we were there and the huge building is not airconditioned and the windows don't open--- but there are so many spiders on the outside of the windows you would be afraid to open them. Hard to sleep when t is that hot. They have air circulation (fan) that circulates through a cooler area under the building-- but it was hot to sleep and they give you a huge duvet-- no sheets.
