This small room had very few amenities like hooks for towels and things to store clothes and had zero shelves to put toiletries. Think long and hard before having two in this room. (#16 in the annex). Hotel has zero extra things and small lobby.

Good hotel 10 min walk from the underground station. The room was clean but small. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Good stay overall.

We stayed at the annex which was not in the same building. It was close by. Less than a one minute walk.We had to walk up over more than fifty stairs-No elevator- Accessibility is definitely an issue for the annex. Room was compact but had what we needed. It was very clean.

Room is very small but nicely organized. Shower is very small but manageable. Walking distance from Victoria Station. All sightseeing tours start from Victoria Station. A false fire alarm in the middle of one night.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet. We stayed for two days as a couple. The room was on the smaller side as others have mentioned but worked great for a place to rest inbetween seeing the sights. It was a reasonable 5-10 min walk from Victoria station which put it off the high traffic streets with a few nice pubs close by and Sainsbury grocery store just around the corner. The front desk staff were very helpful and let us leave a bag the day we checked out which we retrieved after seeing Wicked that evening. Bike rental station was just a block away. Hope to return in the future!
