Hotel quite nice. Almost all hotels in Paddington area are worth renting. It’s a short/easy walk from Paddington station and it’s a quiet area compared to downtown London. It’s so nice to walk downtown, through Hyde Park.

Good place.

I guess all hotels in london are like this but rooms were tight. I booked a more spacious room and it was still small. Nice place though

Great hotel!

Very polite and friendly staff. We received a room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. Our room was clean, had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from Paddington station, which was perfect, as i was travelling with my little boy.

Loud noise from blumbing, sounded like sirens at 2 AM. It happened when the guest upstairs was taking a shower. It was very disturbing.

We stayed here 10 years ago. It is a convenient location to the tube and metro for easy transportation. A nice walk through nearby Hyde park was a plus. It was comfortable for our short stay and the start to a longer holiday vacation. Roomier than most other rooms in London.

First time in London and this was a perfect area to stay. Very accessible to public transportation to explore the city, while providing a comfortable, quiet area of rest with many dining options and mini marts within walking distance. Staff was also very helpful with questions about public transportation. I am especially grateful for how accommodating and kind they were when Heathrow had the unexpected shutdown and I had to extend my stay.

Great stay close to Paddington

Really pleasant stay - very nice interior and comfortable room. Breakfast was continental with no cooked option, but that was fine for my needs. Very close to Paddington Station.
