The location is great. The rooftop wet deck is not heated but refreshing after a day walking about. It also has a glass roof so it is still warm to relax there when rainy. Service was brilliant and staff were very welcoming

When I book a hotel the most important things to me are location, breakfast included and AIR CONDITIONING. This hotel has air conditioning HOWEVER I was informed that they would turn on the AC on April 15th when one of the busiest season (SALONE del Mobile) is over. I had to open the window to be able to sleep because the room was very hot and uncomfortable, and the street is extremely busy and noisy with many restaurants and construction. So it was not a pleasant stay. I will not recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel in Milan.

We stayed here for 6 nights. It is a wonderful hotel. Staff is very friendly, helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the Duomo, shopping galleria, great restaurants. This is the hotel to stay in Milan.
