"En saanut hyvää palvelua koska olin yksin, ravintoloissa istuin keskellä ravintolaa tai heti sisäänkäynnin yhteydessä. Pääsääntöisesti hyvää palvelua saivat pariskunnat. A la carte ravintoloissa viinilistat vain pulloittain, laseittain viiniä ei voinut tilata. Huoneet ja tilat vanhanaikaisia ja epäsiistejä."
