"Hotelli on korkeintaan kolmen tähden arvoinen, suosittelen valitsemaan muun kuin Riu hotellin tällä alueella. Huone todella vanha ja kulunut, eivätkä vastaa ollenkaan kuvia. Palvelu front deskillä on ennätyksellisen heikkoa. Henkilökunta, erityisesti naiset siellä ovat ilmeettömiä bitch faceja ja ilkeilevät jopa toisilleen. Jos on jokin ongelma he vihaavat sinua eikä minkäänlaista yhteistyöhalua ole. Juomat huonolaatuisia sokerilitkuja, lounasbuffee ihan kamalaa mössöä. Uima-altaat kaoottisia. Huoneisiin ei ole hissejä. Meidän huoneen näkymä oli kuin kaatopaikalle. Lähdimme pois eikä hyvitystä saanut. Jos arvostat laatua, tämä paikka on kaukana siitä monella tasolla. Ei missään tapauksessa hintansa arvoinen"
