Beautiful hotel, fabulous front desk staff. Comfortable bed and great bathroom. My only complaint is the cleaning staff didn’t ever refill the coffees and creams, give us clean cups or wine glasses, and didn’t remove our dirty room service dishware, it was a bit odd for a hotel of this level.

The room was very comfortable and the location was central so it was easy to go to many of the sites. Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz
construction in the area made it hard to find entrance. no signage to redirect guests. unhelpful approach from reception - had to ask for help to take up a kettle as I had to carry up my two bags. Charged €2 to store luggage for guests. Very basic service for a park inn hotel.
