Rooms are small. Staff members were sometimes more focused on the task assigned than guests! As an older lady I would expect a young employee to give way to a guest carrying luggage. Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG
We absolutely loved our stay. We attended the Cavs game and it was literally a walk across the street. Valet parking was a plus. We did visit the restaurant/bar and the food was great. All staff members were very pleasant. We will definitely be planning another trip soon.
