This was our second stay in three years when visiting Chicago. The staff is great and the rooms are comfortable. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel Elephant and Castle is an extra treat. Delicious food and awesome drinks.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. Hidden gem in the theatre district. Great decor, restaurant and bar on site is great. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Walking distance to everything you need. Definitely recommend

My friend was given a very small room and never got room service. Also, we want adjoining rooms, which they could not give us but put us on the same floor as far apart as was possible.
