"The staff was excellent and really kind. The big minus was regarding usage of private beach area. I had understood that private beach visits would be included to the price of the room but this was not the case and had to be paid daily extra. The shuttle to Dubai mall was not reliable so could not thrust to the schedule."

"Quite nice breakfast, I upgraded to room with balcony and incredible Burj Khalifa views. Our balcony was headed towards the building site which was kind of active 24/7 and the Burj Khalifa was something like 5% visible. Not nice"
